Evel Knievel is suing rapper Kanye West over his depiction of jumping over a canyon in a rocket, much like Knievel's failed attempt back in 1974. I watched Evel's attempt the first time around, and it sucked.
He shouldn't be suing anyone because he sucked so bad.
