The question is, who ought to make that decision, the Congress or the commanders? As you know, my position is clear – I’m the commander guy.President George W. Bush is a joke. If it weren't for the thousands of deaths and injuries for which he's responsible, I'd say this whole "Global War on Terror" (GWOT) is just one big joke.
