McCain Flips, then Flops

John McCain is nothing if not crazy. Add another character flaw: He's a flip-flopper. Like a fish out of water, McCain flips, then flops. When he'll expire, who knows. But one thing is for sure:

He's changed his position from up to down, left to right, forward to back more times than a teenage girl.

He voted against the Bush tax cuts. Now, he's all for them. He says letting them expire is a tax hike. I guess he's right. But why did he vote against them? He's a conservative right? Aren't conservatives supposed to be all about tax cuts?

Like cut them until they're negative, as in welfare and foodstamps?

Oh, wait, that's liberal. No, cut taxes until the government spends more than it takes in. Right.
