As if it mattered, Republicans defeated the Democrats' "no confidence" vote on Attorney General Alberto Gonzales.
Gonzales will not quit and Bush will not fire him, so I guess Congress is up a shit tree without a paddle or a ladder. After all, they voted him in, albeit when the Repugnicans ruled. Now they're all pissy about his lies, half-truths, incompetence, whatever.
