Republicans turned the tables on the Democrats -- AGAIN! -- by opening the floor to debate the issue, whereupon the Dems decided that wasn't such a great idea and buried it in the judiciary committee.

She is such a failure as leader of the House that she ought to cede her post to somebody who can do some good, like the shoe salesman at the Payless ShoeSource on The Mall (I made that up -- pick any profession other than politician and it could do better).
